-personal use only  (may be used as profile picture/banners but not for profit) +additional fees for commercial rights (to be discussed)

-The artist retains all rights to the work, can post on social media unless requested otherwise, and can put it in portfolio 

-Commissions from known media (such as fanart) can be used by me to create merchandise to sell in my shop

-Please review all products thoroughly to ensure that you are buying the correct package for the artwork that you need. I am not required to give you a full refund if you do not purchase the correct product. Depending on the parameters, additional costs can be paid to change your commission to the correct one.

-The up front payment can be subject to change if the commissioner wishes to add onto the base description, such as requesting complex/multiple characters or complex backgrounds

-All payments are done through PayPal. Address:

-I am liable to decline commissions that I do not feel able to/will not do

-Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished + if you want to check on where I am in the process, see the Queue. Rush orders or orders with a deadline will require additional fees

-Reposting or sharing the artwork is permitted with credits @forrestfreelance or @forrest_start, if possible linking this website as well is preffered.

-Please provide visual references like Pinterest boards, artworks that inspired your idea, pose references, or even your own sketch (does not have to be skilled, but helps tremendously). If you fail to communicate your idea whilst using non-visual references, your commission may be declined

-If at any point I, the artist, abandon your commission you will be given a 90% refund (this is to cover transactional fees)

-If you at any point cancel your commission, you will not receive your 50% deposit back.

-Any aggressive or rude behavior will result in a cancellation on my side, and you will not receive your 50% deposit back.

-You will be provided with a first draft of the artwork for you to review, make revisions, and approve before moving on.

-Once completed, a final will be sent for you to review. Three minor adjustments can be made at this stage. More than three adjustments will result in an additional fee that will need to be paid before the adjustments are made. This fee will depend on how big the revision is, but will usually be around 10% of the total price. 

-Once you accept the final artwork, the final payment will be requested and once paid you will be sent the full quality/resolution images in the required format (png, tiff, etc.). If you need a specific format, please check with me before starting the commission that I can provide that format. A separate watermarked file will be given to you for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.

-It is not up to me, the artist, to do research into my clients to see if they are problematic before accepting their commission. This is too time-consuming to do for every client.
